1、烤漆工藝要求

1. Process Requirements of Baking Paint

1)清洗表面殘留物,補灰,打磨等一系列表面處理.

2)采用環保型優質油漆烤漆處理.烤漆房須無塵埃顆粒車間,烤漆表面涂層三涂三烤處理.

3) 油漆色彩要符合設計方案要求.

2)鋁合金型材的角底偏差少于正負偏差1度.

3、不銹鋼工藝要求

3. Stainless steel process requirements

1)不銹鋼板須刨坑折彎焊接.

1) Stainless steel sheets shall be welded by bending and shaving pits.

2)焊接前清除表面油污,減少焊縫形成的虛焊、氣孔、裂紋等缺陷.

2) Clean up the oil stain on the surface before welding, and reduce the defects of virtual welding, pore and crack.

3)焊接完后將所有可見焊縫打磨光滑,與周圍表面一樣平滑,無明顯劃痕.

3) After welding, all visible welds are polished smooth, as smooth as the surrounding surface, without obvious scratches.

完工外觀要求:安裝完成后標牌外觀精美,表面無螺釘,無劃痕、氣泡及明顯的顏色不均勻,烤漆須無明顯色差,所用材料符合設計方案要求.
